Imagine being able to create an award that is uniquely your own, one that will become
a lasting voice of your brand and/or corporate culture. Creativity, innovation and
quality poised on a limitless landscape of ideas, ready to become awards that will
never be forgotten.
Step One: Information Gathering
The first step of any successful custom order is gathering all the necessary information
to create a piece that works for everyone involved. This includes budgetary and
time-sensitive concerns as well as aesthetic.
- How many pieces are you looking to create?
- What is the event date for this project?
- What kind of budget do you have to work with?
- How will these awards be given to the recipients?
- What kind of theme, logo, or art did you want to use with the piece?
- What personalization or verbiage if any, will be used on this piece?
- How many different sizes or levels of achievement will there be?
- Do you have any concepts or designs already in mind?
- Do you prefer a wall plaque style or statuette style?
Step Two: Quotes and Renderings
Our experts take your information and shape it into beautiful designs. Pick what
you like or let us come up with even more great ideas.
- We will come up with 3 or 4 different ideas using the information gathered in Step
One.
- A quote with pricing for each of the ideas will be sent along with Virtual Renderings
showing what the finished piece will look like.
- Review the designs and pricing. Is there one design that you like?
- What would you like to change?
- We will create new Virtual Rendering and Quote to match your changes.
Step Three: Pre-Production Sample and Custom Order
It all comes together in a beautiful one-of-a-kind piece that fits your budget and
wows your employees.
- A purchase order is required for a Pre-Production Sample, which will be created
using the approved Virtual Rendering and sent to you for approval.
- Once the Pre-Production Sample is approved a written notice or new purchase order
is required to proceed with the custom order.
- If the Pre-Production Sample is not approved we will make the necessary changes
and produce a new piece. This will continue until approved. Some charges may apply.
You have the option of waiving the Pre-Production Sample however, a signed waiver
and a 75% deposit is required prior to production.
